Pat McDonagh: Chairman
Pat is one of the most successful entrepreneurs in the global elearning market. Originally a schoolteacher, he had a vision for improving learning through technology. In 1983 he founded the CBT Group which ultimately became SmartForce/Skillsoft – the largest elearning provider in the US Corporate market.
Pat then founded Riverdeep, a company that was floated on NASDAQ in March 2000. Riverdeep delivered on his original vision of providing an online learning suite to schools. Riverdeep grew to become the largest provider of elearning content to US schools.
Having established two significant companies that provide elearning to the Corporate and Schools market, Pat formed ThirdForce (now MindLeaders) to deliver elearning solutions to the wider adult population both pre-employment and in employment.
Pat is actively involved as Non-Executive Chairman of MindLeaders.
Brendan O’Sullivan – Group CEO

Brendan O’Sullivan has overall responsibility for the growth and development of the MindLeaders business. His main objective is to create a community where our customers and employees can thrive and below you will find out more about the Management team that makes that happen.
Carla Woodhouse – US VP Product Development

Carla Woodhouse has overall responsibility for Product Development, including Courseware Development, Software Development, technical Support, and the Personal Learning Service. Her 20 years of training and development experience includes 10 years with Instamation, Inc., a founding partner of Productivity Point International.
Janet Garcia – Director EMEA and APAC

Paul MacCartney, President US Operations

Before joining MindLeaders Paul was Manager of Training and Implementation at RH Positive Software. Previous to that, he held technical, management, and training roles with the Human Factors Laboratory at The Ohio State University. Prior to that, he was a pilot and squadron safety officer in the United States Air Force. Paul has over 25 years of experience in learning and technology management.
Roger Francis – Services Director

Roger has overall responsibility for the HR function in UK and Ireland and for the teams who provide both pre-and post-implementation support for our learning solutions. He also heads up the rapidly expanding Learning Services Division which blends the MindLeaders technological expertise with field-based support from Learning Managers to deliver Apprenticeship and Skills for Life programmes throughout the UK. MindLeaders is an approved supplier for government funding training programmes and draws down funding direct from the Skills Funding Agency.
