Celebrations with an added bonus!

Everyone loves a celebration, particularly when it is to mark the achievement of a major milestone and reward hard work of learners. And we at ThirdForce are no different. So when Care UK completed over 200 learners on our Health & Social Care NVQ Level 2 course we thought it was time to celebrate.
To recognise the achievers ThirdForce held a prize draw for 10 winners to each receive £250 worth of Tesco vouchers. The winners were then invited into the ThirdForce office to receive the vouchers and celebrate the success of their hard work. For many this was the first learning they had participated in since school, balancing learning with a demanding job and often supporting families at home.
Following the congratulatory speeches by Care UK and ThirdForce, award presentations, smiles and photographs, there was one remaining topic of conversation at the end of lunch… What to spend the vouchers on?
