ThirdForce: empowering people through shared learning

Global e-Learning provider, ThirdForce, is pleased to announce that Voyage Care, specialist care providers has renewed its training contract for a further three years. The agreement also enables service users to benefit from the Food Safety and Health & Safety e-learning courses, as part of a commitment to lifelong, cost-effective learning by ThirdForce and Voyage.

The renewed contract comes after news that Voyage’s ‘Care Quality Commission’ (CQC) star ratings, compliance levels and cost savings on training have all improved and implementation of the ThirdForce systems using the El-box tablet PC has helped to achieve this. The El-box has also enabled Voyage to undertake training offline with no internet connection; an invaluable feature.

Paul Newton, HR director at Voyage Care, comments: “ThirdForce’s health & safety course has helped to decrease our health & safety incidents year on year. The quality of the training materials, coupled with ThirdForce’s commitment to consultative and encompassing training solutions packages, has been a real benefit to training within our organisation…”

Matthew Rowland, senior product manager in ThirdForce’s Care Division, adds: “A commitment to service excellence and empowering people through learning is something that both ThirdForce and Voyage are proud to share. Training is a crucial ingredient in providing the very best level of service, particularly to those who are most vulnerable. ThirdForce welcomes the opportunity to help Voyage to meet and exceed the needs of those in its care.”

ThirdForce’s award-winning training courses will continue to assist Voyage in providing support for people with a variety of specialist needs. The training courses that form the contract include CIS, LDQ, Food Safety, Health & Safety, Knowledge Sets for SoVA, Infection Control and Medicines Administration, First Aid Awareness and Fire.
