Privacy Policy

Any information – Business Name, Address, phone number, etc – that is provided by a client (or potential client) to ThirdForce will be stored on ThirdForce’s computers for the sole purpose of communication with that client. Such information will not be disclosed to any third party without written permission.

Credit / Debit card details will not be collected.

Use of PayPal

When any client expresses the desire to pay ThirdForce, by credit or debit card, for goods and/or services already received, then ThirdForce will enter the card details into its virtual terminal at PayPal.

If ThirdForce requests a client’s credit card details to initiate payment for certain goods and/or services that have not yet been supplied or delivered to the client, then the client shall have the right to full refund of the payment if the goods and/or services fail to be delivered within 30 days of funds being credited to ThirdForce’s bank account. In this event, the client is advised to email Finance@thirdforce.com, explaining the situation, and requesting refund.
