e-Citizen Training and Testing Solution

e-Citizen is a computer skills certification developed by the European Computer Driving Licence Foundation (ECDL-F) to cater for those with a limited knowledge of computers and the Internet. It is intended to help candidates to effectively use the Internet to search for information, to access government services as well as to shop, bank, book holidays and pay bills.

The qualification is on the UK National Qualifcations Framework (NQF) Entry Level 3.

e-Citizen can only be accredited using automated online testing. There is only one 45 minute online test and an e-Citizen certificate is awarded to candidates who receive 75% or higher. On completion of the programme candidates will have acquired the skills to be able to fully participate in the e-Society of today.

Automated Testing

AutoTest for e-Citizen our online automated e-Citizen test, is a secure and dependable system that has been built using the same high standard of simulation and functionality as our AutoTest for ECDL.

The test has been developed by ThirdForce in conjunction with the ECDL Foundation and has been approved for use by candidates sitting ECDL/ICDL tests or the e-Citizen test in the designated territories of the UK, Ireland, Australia and South Africa.
