Apprenticeships
All Apprenticeships frameworks are made up of four components:
- Transferable skills – Key Skills / Functional Skills in English and Maths (Level 1 for an Apprenticeship and Level 2 for an Advanced Apprenticeship)
- Employment Rights and Responsibilities (ERR) – The employer needs to prove that an induction process has taken place
- Knowledge-Based Element – A technical certificate is any qualification that equips the apprentice with the knowledge and understanding that underpins the NVQ / Diploma competencies.
- Competence Based Element - Competence-based element or National Vocational Qualifications (NVQs) / Diplomas, which assess competence and are designed around the skills people use at work.
Elements 3 and 4 can be selected from a range of options to suit your business.
