Being legal is easy with ThirdForc's Licensing Law Courses
ThirdForce provides two Licensing Law courses, NCPLH (National Certificate for Personal Licence Holders) and LLBP (Licensing Law for Bar Persons) that deliver cost effective training to a consistent standard.
NCPLH
Under the Licensing Act 2003, anyone authorising the retail sale of alcohol must hold a personal licence. In order to qualify for a personal licence, an applicant must hold a licensing qualification accredited by the Qualifications and Curriculum Authority (QCA) and approved by the Government.
NCPLH is an e-learning course that provides the training required by law for anyone authorising the retail sale of alcohol. It has been designed around the British Institute of Innkeepers Awards Body’s NCPLH syllabus. The course aims to provide learners with the knowledge they need to ensure that the sale of alcohol is safe and legally compliant at their site.
We also offer a complete training and testing solution in conjuction with the awarding body EDI - click here for full details.
NCPLH offers a host of benefits and features:
