Intuitive Learner Interface
With a single logon, all learners have to do is access their pre-assigned courses in a place, time and pace that suits them. Course navigation is simple and intuitive, learners can monitor and track their own progress through their assigned courses.
AIMS™ is made up of three separate components:.

- AIMS Reporting – comprehensive suite of reports
- AIMS Content Manager– create your own content and assessments
Aims Perform
AIMS Perform is where learners and managers access pre-assigned courses, as well as a resource library. The system is hosted and supported by ThirdForce and requires no infrastructure apart from a broadband Internet connection. This means learners can access course content either online via the ThirdForce servers or offline using materials that been downloaded to an el-box™, PC or laptop.
Managers and trainers can easily report on your learners’ activity and progress. With a comprehensive range of pre-defined reports, supplemented by the ability to run custom reports using data filters, enables you to build a picture of learner activity across your organisation.
Aims is easy to use for both managerial and learners.
Traffic light reporting shows at a glance, which learners have completed, started or not accessed the courses you have assigned to them. If you want to do further analysis on any reports, it’s easy to export data from a report into spreadsheet format.
Additional reporting functionality is available using AIMS Reporting Suite, providing an even more in depth view of learner activity.
