Learning Support and Assessment Services
ThirdForce e-learning is also used successfully to underpin Skills for Life and NVQ qualifications. ThirdForce has its own NVQ Centre with a team of dedicated professional Learning Support Managers (LSMs), Assessors and Internal Verifiers who will provide the necessary additional guidance, support and assessment.
For example, our LSMs conduct initial assessments of Skills for Life Literacy and Numeracy candidates and work with them to set development targets. An LSM will support the candidate with further visits prior to completion of City & Guilds examinations.
A learner may then progress to NVQ qualifications which are similarly supported and assessed by qualified NVQ Assessors from ThirdForce using sophisticated e-portfolios to track and monitor progress. Our “One stop shop” solution enables you to confidently outsource the entire NVQ delivery requirement and results in significantly faster completion times compared with traditional methods of delivery.
ThirdForce is also able to assist in identification of National Employer Service (NES) and Further Education (FE) funding. ThirdForce delivers a full administration function, with a suite of detailed learner reports and tracking to support these services in line with Ofsted and Learning Skills Council (LSC) requirements.
