Customer Care Course
Customer Care is an induction level e-learning course for all new staff in care homes. It provides training on how to deliver great service, every time, in a residential care environment.

Customer Care offers a host of benefits and features:

- Provides comprehensive automated training records via our management system AIMS™.
- Improves staff training which leads to better CSCI inspections and a higher level of care and support to service users.
- Includes narration throughout, which is especially helpful for learners with reading problems and those whose native language is not English.
