Customer Care Course

Customer Care is an induction level e-learning course for all new staff in care homes. It provides training on how to deliver great service, every time, in a residential care environment.

By the end of the course, learners are able to:

  • recognise the consequences of good and poor customer service
  • deal with informal and formal complaints
  • communicate using the most appropriate method
  • empathise, establish and maintain rapport with their service users and their colleagues.
Customer Care offers a host of benefits and features:

  • Delivers cost effective induction training to a consistent standard.
  • Provides comprehensive automated training records via our management system AIMS™.
  • Improves staff training which leads to better CSCI inspections and a higher level of care and support to service users.
  • Includes narration throughout, which is especially helpful for learners with reading problems and those whose native language is not English.
  • Overcomes barriers to using e-learning in the workplace by using our tablet PC, the el-box™ which provides a fun and easy platform for learning.
