Customer Service Skills Course

Customer Service Skills is an induction level course for new staff in restaurants, pubs, bars, hotels and other hospitality premises. Its main aim is to give learners the awareness, knowledge and confidence they need to do their new job safely and to a high standard; it is equivalent to a 3-hour workshop.

It provides essential underpinning knowledge on how to deliver outstanding service every time when serving alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks to customers, or when serving meals.

Customer Service Skills also includes detailed descriptions of essential working practices such as:

  • How to serve the perfect pint
  • How to choose wine to match food
  • How to deal with an informal complaint
  • How to up and cross sale products

Course Contents
