Installation instructions

To install Authorware Web Player v5.2 or Authorware Web Player v7, browse into the web player folder and double click the index.html file to launch the installer. When the installation is complete, if you see the Click here for EP Components option, make sure you also select this.

Note: If you require both versions of the Authorware Web Player on the same machine, you must install v5.2 and then v7. If you install v7 first, you will not then be able to install v5.2, but instead will have to remove both versions of the Authorware Web Player and start again.

To install the Authorware msi full installer, download the installer by clicking on the link above. Once the file has downloaded, double click the msi file to install the required components.

Note: You will need to be logged into the PC with a windows logon that has sufficient permissions to install the Authorware player.
